Unlikely Animal Friends

I co-developed this series at National Geographic Channel after the Christian the lion video went viral on YouTube. My team and I found stories that demonstrated the amazing, emotional bonds between seemingly mismatched animals - and sometimes with humans. This series was the first of its kind and inspired other unlikely animal friend-themed media. I was the series producer for 3 seasons after which the show went on for several more successful seasons on Nat Geo Wild.

BIO
I've been a producer, writer and editor for two decades. For much of this time I worked in non-fiction at a variety of networks, including Discovery and National Geographic. I've also had the pleasure of supporting a variety of clients over the years including educational institutions, independent documentary filmmakers, production companies and artists. With a highly skilled background that spans the production spectrum, I've lent my expertise as senior producer, writer, editor and production consultant on a variety of high-profile projects.
Currently, I'm the Supervising Producer for the Online Learning Program at the IMF's Institute for Capacity Development. I oversee the creation of all multimedia content, liaising with internal and external production groups to support e-learning courses that serve 100,000 active participants including 30,000+ government officials.
